About ME
Abby grew up in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan where she played boys travel hockey. In High School, Abby made the boys varsity hockey team as a freshman. The team went on to become two-time state runner-up and four-time regional champion.
Abby played at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for four years from 2016-2020. During her time at UW- Madison, she was named 2016-17 WCHA Rookie of the Year, helped her team win a National Championship in 2019, was a Top-3 Finalist for the 2020 Patty Kazmaier Award, was named both 2020 WCHA Player of the Year and 2020 USA Hockey Bob A
Abby played at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for four years from 2016-2020. Abby played in the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, China earning a silver medal after a 3-2 loss to Team Canada. Abby was also the first Indigenous women to play on the US Women's Olympic Hockey Team. Abby earned a silver medal in the 2021 and 2022 Women's World Championship and earned a gold medal in the 2023 Women's World Championshi
